DOMESTIC ORDERS & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Returns: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please notify us at email@example.com using the subject line return within 15 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Please be sure to include your order number with your inquiry. To be eligible for a return, your candle must be unused and in the same condition it was received. Customers are responsible for return shipping cost that will be subtracted from your refund. We reserve the right to reject any return that does not comply with the conditions stated above. Refunds will not be issued if your candle has been used and or not in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, a credit will be applied to your credit card.
Items not eligible for return: Used products, rush orders, pill bottle matches, collaborations and products kept past 15 days from the day you receive your package.
Shipping Labels: Upon request, we can provide a return shipping label via email. Return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund.
Customs & Duties for International Orders: We are not responsible for any inbound or outbound customs or duties taxes on orders.
Lost or Stolen Packages: To ensure delivery, we ship all packages with a tracking number. To avoid mishap, always ship packages to a secure address. Please note we are not responsible for stolen packages after they have been delivered. For lost packages, please kindly file a claim with the appropriate postal service.
