C. Data Received from Third Parties

We may receive information about you from advertising networks, analytics providers, commercial partners, and social media platforms.

  2. Advertising & Analytics Partners: To third-party ad networks and analytics platforms to measure campaign performance and serve personalized advertising across the internet.

  3. Corporate Transactions: In connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business by another company.

  4. Legal Obligations & Protection: When required by law, subpoena, or government order, or when we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to protect rights, property, or safety.

4. Digital Advertising, Cookies, and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to store preferences, gather usage statistics, and deliver targeted advertising.

  • Targeted Advertising: We partner with ad tech providers who use cookies and pixel tags to display advertisements tailored to your interests based on your browsing activity across non-affiliated websites.

  • Data Disclosures: Disclosing online network activity to ad tech partners may be categorized as a "sale," "share," or processing for targeted advertising under various applicable privacy frameworks.

  • Managing Cookies: You can adjust your browser settings to refuse non-essential cookies. You can also manage your advertising preferences as described in Section 5 below.

Depending on your place of residence, local data protection laws may grant you specific rights regarding your personal data. Quinn Parfums extends the following foundational rights to users globally, subject to local statutory limitations:
