Shipping Policy

Our candles are hand made in house in small batches. We ask you allow us 2-3 business days to process your order in addition to the required shipping service time selected at checkout.

For a rush order please email us directly and make sure to purchase shipping accordingly to make sure your order reaches you in time.

We are not liable for any lost or stolen packages once tracking number has been issued.

All issues with lost, or undelivered packages need to be handled with the shipping carrier selected at checkout.
